TBQJ Jet surface aerator is new type of aeration equipment with the function of both aeration and mixing. Air, water and sludge can fully mixing and constitute a circulation flow.
It can be widely used for municipal,sewage treatment plant, industrial wastewater treatment. In addition, it is suitable for oxidation ponds and ditches too.
Main Application
Oxidation Ditches (OD): Specifically engineered for oxidation ditch processes. It provides the necessary horizontal velocity to keep activated sludge in suspension while simultaneously delivering high-efficiency aeration to meet oxygen demands.
Aerated Lagoons: Ideal for large-scale municipal or industrial lagoons. Its ability to create a wide circulation zone ensures that oxygen is distributed evenly throughout the entire body of water, preventing "dead zones."
River and Canal Restorations: A critical tool for ecological engineering. It rapidly increases dissolved oxygen (DO) levels in stagnant or polluted water bodies, effectively eliminating odors and restoring the natural aquatic ecosystem.
Aeration Tanks: Used in various biological wastewater treatment stages. The aspirating action creates fine micro-bubbles that maximize the air-to-liquid contact surface, accelerating the breakdown of organic pollutants.
Industrial Wastewater Treatment: Robust enough to handle harsh media in chemical, textile, and food processing plants, especially when customized with high-grade stainless steel or specialized mechanical seals.
Working Principle
TBQJ jet surface aerators form a negative pressure zone in the water through a high-speed rotating impeller, sucking air into the water body. The impellers use shear force to crush the air into tiny bubbles and promotes the directional flow of the air-water mixture.It realizes the triple functions of aeration and oxygenation, flow pushing and sludge mixing at one time.
