Application and Introduction
The rake-type fine screen is designed for continuous and automatic removal of suspended solids from liquids and is commonly used as afine screening solution. Its primary function is to intercept and remove fine floating debris larger than 0.2 mm, such as small branches, weeds fruit peels, hair, and similar materials.
It is ideal for applications requiring high-precision filtration, and its comprehensive technical specifications allow it to meet a wide range of installation requirements.
Working Principle
The motor drives the gearbox, which moves the sprockets and tractionchains. The brush assemblies fixed to the rotary chains travel continuously along the guide rails.
When the brushes pass over the stainless steel screen, they lift the retained suspended solids upward and convey them to the discharge chute. At the head section, the debris falls by gravity into down stream conveying equipment or a screenings bin, completing the removal process.
The screened liquid flows through the screen openings, and the entire cleaning process operates continuously.
Advantage
1. Fine screening down to 0.2 mm for effective removal of smallsuspended solids.
2. Continuous automatic operation with rotary rake and brushsystem, no manual cleaning required.
3. Enclosed, compact design reduces odor and improves sitecleanliness.
4. Durable stainless steel structure with low maintenance and longservice life.
Main Structure
The unit consists of a frame, drive and speed reduction system, guide rollers, stainless steel screen mesh, enclosed rotarytraction chains, and brush assemblies.

Ordering Information
1. Determine the design hourly flow rate.
2. Select the corresponding model from the manufacturer’s catalog with a matching or close flow capacity.
3. Once the screen size is fixed, design the screen accordingly. (The screen well is a core structure, with the basket bar screen as its key component.)
