Advanced Mixing Solution Deployed: QJB7.5 Stainless Steel Floating Mixers Successfully Delivered to Jiaodong Wastewater Project

We, Nanjing LJ Water Treatment Equipment Co.,Ltd, are proud to announce the successful delivery and installation of high-efficiency QJB7.5/12/620/3-480S Submersible Mixers at a major Wastewater Stabilization Pond (WSP) facility in the Jiaodong region. This deployment marks a significant milestone in providing sustainable and durable water treatment solutions for the local ecological infrastructure.

The project utilizes the QJB7.5/12/620/3-480S model, a heavy-duty stainless steel submersible mixer specifically engineered to maintain solids in suspension and prevent sedimentation in large-scale lagoon systems. Featuring a 7.5kW motor and a 620mm diameter impeller, these units deliver powerful thrust (up to 2600N) to ensure uniform mixing across vast pond areas.

Innovative Floating Pontoon Advantage

Unlike traditional fixed-mount mixers that require expensive civil works such as concrete platforms or guide rails, these units are equipped with a specialized stainless steel floating pontoon system. This design offers several critical advantages for large stabilization ponds:
  • Adaptability to Water Levels: The floating system allows the mixer to automatically adjust its position according to the pond’s fluctuating water levels, ensuring continuous and effective mixing regardless of seasonal changes or rainfall.

  • Rapid & Cost-Effective Installation: By eliminating the need for complex underwater mounting or heavy concrete support structures, the floating units significantly reduce initial construction time and labor costs.

  • Easy Maintenance Access: The pontoon design allows for easy retrieval of the mixer to the shore for routine inspections without the need to drain the pond or employ professional divers.

  • Optimized Flow Patterns: Floating mixers can be easily repositioned to eliminate "dead zones" within the lagoon, maximizing the biological degradation efficiency of the natural treatment process.

Uncompromising Durability
Constructed entirely from high-grade 304/316 stainless steel, the mixers are built to withstand the corrosive environments typical of wastewater treatment. The streamlined, self-cleaning impeller design prevents debris from clogging, ensuring 24/7 reliability and extending the equipment's service life in the Jiaodong facility.
"The delivery of our QJB series to the Jiaodong project reinforces our commitment to providing smart, efficient, and robust solutions for rural and industrial wastewater challenges," said Lyu,  at our production development department. "The combination of high-thrust performance and the flexibility of our floating pontoons makes this the ideal choice for large-scale stabilization ponds."
